F45 Circuit: We have completely redesigned our studios to accommodate individual training in line with restrictions when individual training indoors is permitted. You will have an individual training pod, each pod completing their own workout, non-shared equipment – it will all be set up at your station for you, and all the equipment is regularly cleaned and sanitized between use. The same great F45 workouts, now in individual training format!
F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance.
